1. Who we are

2. Educational content only

All courses, lessons, quizzes, live sessions, templates and communications are general educational information. They are not financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and they are not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any asset. We're not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor or tax preparer. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Read the Risk Disclosure.

3. No guarantees

We make no promise or guarantee of profits, income or results. Examples are illustrative only. Past performance does not predict future results.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login confidential; you're responsible for activity on your account.

5. Purchases, access and refunds

Tiers are one-time purchases with access as described on the Pricing page. You sign in with the email used at checkout. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund policy; a refunded or charged-back purchase ends access to that tier. Card payments are processed by Square; we never see or store card numbers.

6. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access course content for your own learning. Don't copy, resell, share logins to or publicly post paid content.

7. Conduct

In community spaces and live sessions, don't promote coins, projects, signals or paid services, solicit investments, share referral links to other services, or harass anyone. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

8. Rewards and affiliate programs

The affiliate program is governed by its own terms.

9. Third-party links

We link to official sources and other sites for reference. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Content is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
