Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Information you give us: email, optional first name, the tier you're interested in, and your consent choices (waitlist, enrollment, affiliate signups, support emails), and messages you send through our contact form.
• Purchases and sign-in: Square processes card payments and sends us the order, amount and the email used at checkout (never card numbers). We use that email to give you access and to send one-time sign-in links. A sign-in cookie (__Host-cc_sess, up to 30 days) keeps you signed in on that website.
• Site activity: pages viewed, lessons and quizzes, buttons clicked (for example "join the waitlist" or an upgrade prompt), the website domain you visited, the page version shown, UTM campaign tags and the referring affiliate code, if any.
• Cookies: a random anonymous ID (cc_aid, 1 year) to count visits and connect activity; an affiliate referral cookie (cc_ref, 30 days) if you arrived through a partner link; a first-visit cookie (cc_ft, 90 days) that remembers how you first found us (the site, the first page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link) and is saved with any form you send us; it is first-party only and never shared with third parties; on preview sites only, a page-version cookie. Your quiz progress and Rewards preview points are kept in your browser's local storage.
• Payment data: when payments open, a third-party payment processor will handle card details. We never receive or store full card numbers, and we never share payment card data with anyone.

How we use it

To run the course and waitlist, send the emails you agreed to, credit affiliates for referrals, measure which pages and versions work, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and "sale" of personal information

We share information with service providers that run the site for us (hosting and database: Cloudflare; later, a payment processor and an email provider), under contracts limiting their use.

We do not share or sell your personal information. Apart from the service providers above, who process it only on our behalf, no partner or other third party receives your name, email or activity.

Your choice: do not sell or share

You can withdraw consent and opt out of any sale or sharing at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or through our contact form. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out. Opting out stops future sharing; we'll also ask partners who received your data to stop using it where the law requires.

Affiliates

If you arrive through an affiliate's link, we record the affiliate's code so we can credit them. Affiliates see counts and commissions, not your name or email.

Retention

We keep waitlist and account data while it's needed for the purposes above, generally no longer than 3 years after your last activity, and transaction records as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your information, and to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Use our contact form (topic "Privacy"). We'll verify deletion and access requests by email before acting. We won't discriminate against you for using these rights.

Children

The course is for adults 18+. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
