  • Day 1: Who holds your keys. The difference between an exchange account and a self-custody wallet, and what happens to your coins in each if something goes wrong.
  • Day 2: Recovery phrase rules. The handful of habits that protect a seed phrase, and the one request that always means "scam."
  • Day 3: Fake support and phishing. Why real support never DMs you first, and how to check a link or phone number before you trust it.
  • Day 4: What a purchase really costs. Fees, the spread and network fees, with a worked example you can repeat on any platform. Plus how to look up whether a platform is registered.
  • Day 5: Relationship and "recovery" scams. How these scams start with a friendly stranger and end with a fake trading app, and why "we'll get your money back" offers are usually a second scam.
